Course Fees, Refunds and Transfer Policy

Transfers

Suppose you can’t attend your course as originally scheduled. In that case, transfers for Public Training Courses can be arranged by contacting First Aid Skills Customer Service at +61 434 509 344 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Transfers made at least 5 business days before the original course date are free of charge. However, if a transfer request is made less than 5 business days before the scheduled course, a $50.00 transfer fee will apply.

Refunds & Cancellations

To receive a full refund for course fees, cancellations must be made by contacting First Aid Skills Customer Service at +61 434 509 344 or by emailing admin@firstaidskills.com.au at least 5 business days before the course start date. Cancellation requests made less than 5 business days before the course is set to begin will not be eligible for a refund.

Workplace Group Onsite Training

For on-site Workplace Training Courses, cancellation or transfer fees will apply if the course is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 5 business days’ notice before the course start date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fees will be charged. Notice of intent to cancel a booking must be sent via email to admin@firstaidskills.com.au
